In our attempts to establish a comprehensive compliance plan as directed by the federal government, we are obligated to notify you regarding the procedures that we have implemented. This program is designed to
prevent and
detect criminal conduct and violations of the federal laws. We have established a hotline to be utilized when and if you ever notice any improper practices conducted by Newborn Nurses or any of its’ employees. The number is (856) 669-0217. Joe Boettcher has been appointed as our Compliance Officer and all reports will be treated confidentially and without fear of retribution. In addition, as a part of our compliance standards, we are obligated to make periodic unannounced supervisory visits to staff in the field. We thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
